After the form
Your message lands in one inbox, not with three people each hoping another replies. You get an answer within one working day; send it on a Friday afternoon and that means Monday. The reply is not an offer and not a slide deck — it is two or three questions, because without them any figure we quoted would be a guess.
The first call
Fifteen minutes, by phone or video, in English. We ask about numbers: how many enquiries you get now, where they come from, how many turn into paid work, and what happens to the rest. If those numbers do not exist yet — and usually they do not — finding them is the first job, and we say so instead of selling something else on the call.
When we say there is nothing to do yet
It happens, and it is more honest than taking the work anyway. A firm losing half its enquiries at the reply stage does not need a campaign; it needs the part it already has put in order. Sometimes a budget cannot pay for itself in a given market, and you hear that on the first call rather than three months later.
What stays yours
We are based in Poznań and work remotely across Europe, so distance changes nothing about the result. Whatever we build stays in your name — domain, hosting, code and every account.
